Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS OF SALSAFESTIVAL AUGSBURG

Generally:

These terms and conditions apply to the aforementioned event series. Acceptance of these terms and conditions must be acknowledged by each ticket purchaser and confirmed on the order form.

Ticket order:

All orders, whether placed by phone, email or online booking, are legally binding and cannot be cancelled or changed independently by the customer.

When ordering online, the sales area requires an online registration form, which the customer must complete in full. Orders cannot be processed if these terms and conditions are not accepted.

After placing an order, the customer will receive a written confirmation to the email address they provided to us.

Pay:

All orders must be paid within 3 days of the confirmation date exclusively by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the order confirmation, without deductions. Each ticket only becomes valid upon full payment within the stated payment period.

Collection Use:

All tickets will be handed out directly to the purchaser at the event check-in. Collection times can be found online at www.salsafestival-Augsburg.de.

You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any lost tickets. We accept no liability in this case. Free replacement tickets cannot be provided. Therefore, we cannot accept any claims for damages resulting from lost tickets. Tickets may not be misused, copied, or altered. Such actions constitute a criminal offense. By using the tickets, the user also expressly accepts the venue's house rules.

Event cancellation:

In the event of cancellation of the event by Salsafestival Augsburg, the order will not be automatically refunded.

Refund upon exchange:

Exchanging ordered tickets is only possible after consultation with and approval from the organizers. No discount is offered for late entry to the event or for early departure.

Changes:

Casting and program changes (dance instructors, workshops, shows, etc.) are subject to change without notice. In the event of cancellation or postponement of program or cast changes, no expenses (e.g., travel, hotel, advance booking or processing fees, and additional costs) will be reimbursed.

Data protection:

We appreciate your interest in our website. Despite careful review, we cannot accept liability for external links to third-party content. We therefore distance ourselves from their content. Please report any unethical or illegal content to us immediately. Your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with legal regulations.

The protection of your personal data during its collection, processing, and use when you visit our website is very important to us. The customer acknowledges that the data they provide electronically will be processed by us solely for the purpose of contract fulfillment.

He agrees that we may contact our customer by email, in writing, or by telephone.

The customer may revoke their consent at any time in writing. Please note that photos of individuals may appear on the website due to public events. Individuals depicted have the right to object to publication in writing at any time, free of charge. The organizer will comply with this request immediately upon notification. If you wish to object to being photographed, please inform the photographer directly. Any claim for financial damages or legal action against us by the objecting party is excluded.

All rights belong to their respective authors or copyright holders. Reproduction, downloading to print media and storage media (even in part) requires the written permission of the respective copyright holders and must be coordinated with the Salsafestival Augsburg Management.
