70 Euro Competitor Fullpass per person (non-refundable)
If a trainer participates in the dance, he/she receives a free Competitor Fullpass if the team registrations exceed 5 people.
The registration fee must be paid after registration via email. Participation will only be confirmed after receipt of the fee.

Regulations
1. General Provisions1.1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all dancers, regardless of age or origin. Each participant must register in advance and pay the participation fee.
1.2. Categories: Salsa and BachataHere you will find all the individual Salsa and Bachata acts in a category dance.
- Solo: Individual dancer (men and women)
- Duo: Two dancers (same-sex or mixed)
- Group: Three or more dancers (same-sex or mixed)
1.3. Music Style: Only Salsa and Bachata dances may be presented. Participants must choose one of the two styles. Acrobatic elements are only permitted for solos, couples (including duos), and couple formations. Acrobatic elements are not allowed for Ladystyle or Menstyle groups.If you want to include other styles in the show, then at least 85% of the show must be salsa or bachata. The remaining 15% is up to you.
Props are not allowed.
2. Competition criteria2.1. Solo Shows
- Dance style: Salsa or Bachata
- Duration of the performance: 1:30 to 2:00 minutes
- Evaluation criteria: technique, musicality, originality, expression and stage presence.
2.2. Duos & Couples- Dance style: Salsa or Bachata
- Duration of the performance: 1:30 to 2:30 minutes
- Evaluation criteria: Synchronicity, technique, musicality, choreography, expression and stage presence.
2.3. Groups- Dance style: Salsa or Bachata
- Duration of the performance: 2:00 to 3:00 minutes
- Evaluation criteria: Choreography, technique, musicality, synchronicity, creativity and stage presence.
3. Evaluation and Judging3.1. Jury: The jury consists of experienced dancers and choreographers specializing in Salsa and Bachata.
3.2. Evaluation criteria- Technique: Precision of the dance steps and movements.
- Musicality: Adaptation of movements to the music.
- Choreography: Originality and complexity of the dance routine.
- Expression: The ability to convey emotions and passion through dance.
- Stage presence: Overall impression of the performance and interaction with the audience.
- Synchronicity: applies to duos & groups
3.3. Scoring System: Each performance will be evaluated on a scale of 1 to 10 in the categories mentioned above. The total score determines the participants' ranking.
4. Terms and Conditions of Participation4.1. Registration: Registration is done via email. The registration deadline is March 31, 2025.

4.3. Clothing: All participants are required to wear appropriate and stylish dance attire that emphasizes the character of the chosen dance style.
5. Rights and obligations5.1. Film and photo rights: The organizer has the right to take photographs and videos during the competition and to use them for advertising purposes.
5.2. Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the competition.
6. Prizes6.1. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for the best performances in each category.

7. Final Provisions7.1. Rule Changes: The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
7.2. Unforeseen cases: In all unforeseen cases, the jury or the organizing committee will decide.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)1. How can I register for the competition?
Answer: Registration is done online via email. You must pay the participation fee and provide all required information. The registration deadline is March 31, 2025.
2. Can I compete in multiple categories?Answer: Yes, you can compete in multiple categories (solo, duo, group). You only pay the entry fee once. Note: There are only two main categories, and everyone (solo, duo, and group) is welcome to participate in each.
3. Are there age categories?Answer: No. But the minimum age is 18 years.
4. Do I need to bring my own music?
Answer: Yes, all participants must provide their own music. This must be submitted in advance via email in MP3 format. Please ensure that the music is appropriate for the duration of the performance and complies with the specifications.
5. What clothing is allowed?Answer: Dancewear should be stylistically appropriate and emphasize the character of the chosen dance style. Exaggerated costumes or clothing that severely restricts freedom of movement are not recommended.
6. Are there rehearsals before the performance?Answer: Yes, there will be a stage rehearsal for all participants to familiarize themselves with the stage and the floor. Each act will have 5 minutes on stage.
7. What happens if I am late?Answer: Participants who miss their performance time may lose the opportunity to participate. It is important to be on time. Please arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 for check-in.
8. Can I change my outfit during the performance?Answer: Costume changes are permitted, provided they take place during the performance and are part of the choreography. Ensure that these changes are seamless and without interruption.
9. Can I change my music or choreography after registering?Answer: Music and choreography can be changed up to a certain point before the competition. You will receive more detailed information after registration. However, changes are no longer possible after the deadline.
10. Can I bring spectators to the competition?Answer: Yes, spectators are very welcome. Tickets will be available for the public. Information on prices and ticket availability will be published on our website. Anyone who already has a full pass will automatically have access.
11. Is it possible to change clothes on site?Answer: Yes, there is plenty of space backstage. However, we recommend that you arrive already made up and with your hair done, as there could be a shortage of space on site if everyone has to get ready there.
